Cling‑Seal flexible graphite gaskets with tailored thickness are purpose-built to perform reliably in harsh operating environments, especially deep‑cooling circuits and high‑vacuum systems widely used in petroleum refineries, chemical plants, and general industrial processing facilities. Combining high purity, exceptional thermal stability, and fully customizable dimensions, our products provide long‑lasting, leak‑tight sealing performance under extreme temperature, pressure, and corrosive conditions.
 

Manufacturing Process

 
Our graphite material starts with high‑purity natural graphite flakes, which are chemically intercalated then rapidly thermally expanded at 800–1000°C. This process creates worm‑structured expanded graphite with a bulk density of approximately 3 kg/m³. Without binders or chemical additives, the expanded graphite is compacted into rolls or sheets, delivering consistent performance and carbon purity above 99% — ideal for vacuum compatibility and low outgassing.
